My earliest memories are in the kitchen baking with my mom long before I could properly reach the countertop. Growing up, there was always a fresh cake made from scratch sitting in our kitchen each week, and that love for baking quickly became part of who I am.
Over time, I realized I was not only passionate about baking. I genuinely loved turning small details into beautiful experiences. What started as a creative passion eventually became Velvet Monáy: a brand centered around elegance, artistry, and creating desserts that make people feel celebrated.
When I am not baking, I am usually enjoying coffee, reading a good book, watching documentaries, or endlessly scrolling through new baking techniques and creative inspiration. I also love traveling the world, experiencing beautiful spaces, dancing ballet, and all things that continue to inspire the creativity and intentional detail behind Velvet Monáy.
More than anything, I love creating desserts that bring people together and make meaningful moments feel even more special.
